Restaurant otg was founded in 2022 by Sonia and Sven with the vision of creating more than just a restaurant. The aim was to design a place where culinary delights, atmosphere, and hospitality harmoniously converge. Both hosts share a deep connection to nature and a passion for authentic gastronomy. Since its opening, the concept has been continuously developed with great dedication and enriched by encounters with new guests. The name “otg” comes from Romansh and means the number 8 – a concise, regionally rooted name that reflects its connection to the surroundings.

Located directly next to the hotel, not far from the valley run and the children’s ski lift, the restaurant enjoys a quiet setting and offers a small oasis of hospitality. With approximately 36 seats, the ambiance remains deliberately intimate and personal. Head Chef Sven stands for a natural-culinary cuisine that combines fresh regional products with international ideas. Whether it’s a small aperitif with homemade specialties or a multi-course dinner – at Restaurant otg, enjoyment is paramount. The cozy atmosphere invites guests to unwind with a good glass of wine and candlelight.
